โข 2 large chicken breasts, cut into halves (or 4 thin cutlets)
โข 3 garlic cloves, minced
โข 1 cup heavy cream (or cooking cream)
โข ยฝ cup chicken broth
โข 2 tbsp olive oil or butter
โข Salt & pepper to taste
โข 1 tsp paprika (optional)
โข Fresh parsley for garnish

1. Season chicken with salt, pepper, and paprika.
2. In a skillet, heat oil/butter over medium-high heat.
3. Sear the chicken on both sides (about 4โ5 min per side) until golden. Remove and set aside.
4. In the same pan, add garlic and stir for 30 seconds.
5. Add chicken broth + cream, stir and let it simmer 2โ3 minutes.
6. Return chicken to the pan. Simmer 5โ7 minutes until sauce thickens.
7. Garnish with fresh parsley. Serve hot.
